ASSEMBLY LINE FOR CONSTRUCTION PRODUCTS

We develop complete automated lines for the assembly of panels used in the construction sector, consisting of a metal frame and a wooden panel. 

The process is organized across multiple workstations, each dedicated to a specific phase: frame picking, panel assembly, drilling, riveting, and sealant application. 

Each module operates independently, with its own pneumatic control and dedicated safety systems, ensuring operational continuity and production flexibility. 

Component handling is carried out through automated mechanical systems, independent drives, and pneumatic actuators, designed to ensure precision and consistency throughout the entire cycle.

For handling and positioning operations, anthropomorphic robots and Cartesian systems (3D-Flex model) are integrated, configured according to the requirements of the production layout. 

Each system is custom-designed based on product dimensions, required processing operations, and the desired level of automation.
