OPERATING PRINCIPLE -

The system is based on a gantry structure with Cartesian axis motion, configured to cover large working areas and handle one or multiple infeed lines. 

The movement of the gripping head takes place along three main axes: 

  • X axis – longitudinal travel of the gantry carriage 
  • Y axis – transverse movement 
  • Z axis – vertical telescopic movement 

An additional rotational axis allows correct product orientation during placement. 

All axes are driven by brushless motors with absolute encoders, ensuring precise positioning and eliminating the need for homing at machine startup.
