The TB-50 press is designed for filling and compacting compressible materials, ensuring high volume reduction, bag stability, and full cycle automation.
OPERATING PRINCIPLE -
The product is fed into the machine via a conveyor and discharged into the forming box.
Through a hydraulic system, the material undergoes one or more pressing phases until the set parameters are reached.
Once compression is complete, the product is transferred into the bag through a synchronized movement between the forming box and the release system.
The bag is then automatically sealed to maintain internal pressure and ensure stability during handling and storage.
The cycle runs fully automatically.

The loading system is designed to deposit the material precisely at the center of the compression chamber.
This ensures uniform and stable bags, preventing deformation and imbalance during storage.
