This technology enables high production rates, ensuring pallet stability, precise layer formation, and continuous operation even under intensive cycles.
OPERATING PRINCIPLE -
Bags coming from the line are oriented and arranged according to the defined palletizing pattern.
Once the row is formed, the products are transferred to the layer-forming area, where they are compacted on all sides to ensure stability and precision.
The complete layer is then placed onto the pallet using controlled release systems, while the support platform gradually lowers until the pallet is fully built.
The cycle repeats automatically until the pallet is complete, ensuring high productivity and consistent load quality.
